Premium Service Contract
For one (1) year you will receive the following:
- Unlimited repair of all Satellite Printed Circuit Boards
(PCBs)
*
Unlimited repair of all non-computer Central PCBs*
Unlimited fuse replacement*
Repair or replacement of any failed Satellite component
as deemed necessary by the
Irrigation Field Service Technician. (installation of
the above items not included)
A Field Service Labor rate of $60.00 per hour.
Once a year, you will receive:
- Clean all Satellites and run diagnostics
Check Central and Satellite grounding
Check A/C Voltage at all Satellite locations
Lubricate Satellite locks
Place Insect Repellant in Satellite pedestals
Inspect Satellite Hydraulic Filters
Every six (6) months, you will receive computer service consisting
of:
- Floppy Drive cleaning
- CDROM cleaning
- Computer interior dusting
- Backup of customers' data
- Cleaning of Weather Station Sensors
- Inspection of all electrical and hose connections on the
fertigation system
Contract Price: $150.00 per Unit
