Professional Turf Products, a large southwest distributor of Toro, and Club Car equipment and parts, is seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative for an immediate opening in our Euless, Texas office.
Provide both proactive and reactive telephone consultations to diagnose and resolve customer needs with Toro Commercial, Irrigation Equipment as well as allied products. Serving customers by providing product and service information as well as resolving product and service problems. To ensure that the customer’s ownership experience is fully satisfactory and best in class in the judgment of the customer and to ensure the highest sales volume of Toro products and services.
* Support the Demand Creation / Customer Support / Training and Education Processes.
* Attract potential customers and retains current customers by answering product and service ‘ questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
* Perform to a high degree of success the up-sell and cross-selling processes.
* Provide pricing and availability to customers.
* Research and acquire limited availability items for customers.

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and/or two to four years related experience.
* The trait of being dependable and trustworthy.
* Bilingual, Spanish,
* Strong computer proficiency.

* Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
* Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong computer skills and utilization skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
